The space

The apartment layout ensures each guest enjoys a private space, with bedrooms evenly distributed. Each room features a work desk, ideal for those working from home.

High-speed internet with extenders ensures 24-hour connectivity, allowing business travelers to stay connected for Zoom meetings and calls in privacy.

The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, cutlery, and crockery for meal preparation. Essential appliances such as a microwave, kettle, and toaster are provided, along with additional amenities like an iron and hair dryer.

Guest access

The apartments are easily accessible and check in can be provided by the Host team or with the Building Staff.

All the guests will have individual rooms with en-suite bathrooms. The living and dining room areas are spacious and lead to the open kitchen. The vast balcony can be accessed from the living room and all the bedrooms. Enjoy spectacular views overlooking the skyline of the City.

Guests have access to the Mi Casa Helpline number around the clock for any queries or needs. We are dedicated to ensuring our guests enjoy a comfortable stay and have a memorable time during their stay in Dubai.

Other things to note

Dear Valued Guest, We would like to inform that we are not a hotel and do not provide hotel-grade services such as daily cleaning or in-room dining. We are a licensed holiday home operator based in Dubai. All our properties are managed exclusively by Mi Casa Holiday Homes and not by a hotel operator.

Housekeeping, airport transfers, laundry, cleaning and other services can be provided during your stay at an extra cost.

Cleaning fee mentioned is check out cleaning.

Loss of keys and access card are chargeable at a cost of 300 Aed per item.
