The space

This newly listed apartment is fully furnished and features two spacious bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom and built-in wardrobes for ample storage.

The kitchen is fully equipped with crockery, glassware, cooking utensils, a kettle, microwave, and toaster. Additionally, an iron and hairdryer are provided for your convenience.

Guest access

The building provides intercom access, a large pool, a state-of-the-art gymnasium, a children’s play area, and a 24-hour security desk. Guests receive access and parking cards for convenient use of parking and amenities within the building. Each guest is allotted one free parking space for the duration of their stay.

Interaction with guests

Guest are provided with the a customer service number that they can contact at any time throughout the day, This ensures they have convenient access to assistance for any inquiries or additional information they may require during their stay.

Other things to note

Dear Valued Guest, We would like to inform that we are not a hotel and do not provide hotel-grade services such as daily cleaning or in-room dining. We are a licensed holiday home operator based in Dubai. All our properties are managed exclusively by Mi Casa Holiday Homes and not by a hotel operator.

Housekeeping, airport transfers, laundry, cleaning and other services can be provided during your stay at an extra cost.

The cleaning fee mentioned is check out cleaning. Guest can avail cleaning service at extra cost.

Loss of keys and access card are chargeable at a cost of 300 Aed per item.
