The space

Welcome to the one-bedroom en-suite apartment in the highly sought-after area Dubai Marina. This elegant space features a living room divided into a cozy seating area and a dining area, both of which have access to the balcony. The fully equipped kitchen includes appliances such as a fridge, washing machine, oven, stove, and a complete set of cutlery, crockery, pots, and pans, allowing guests to enjoy home-cooked meals.

The bedroom, which also has balcony access, offers stunning views of the marina and the city skyline. It is furnished with a queen-size bed, and linen, towels, and a duvet are provided, along with a single rollaway bed for additional sleeping arrangements. Complimentary toiletries are also available for guests’ convenience.

Guests can take advantage of free access to the building’s amenities, including a swimming pool, gym, steam room, and sauna. Additionally, a designated parking spot in the basement ensures hassle-free parking.

Guest access

Once the registration of the guests are done with the Building Management, check in can be provided by the Host team or with the Building Staff.

Interaction with guests

Guest are provided with the a customer service number that they can contact at any time throughout the day, This ensures they have convenient access to assistance for any inquiries or additional information they may require during their stay.

Other things to note

Dear Valued Guest, We would like to inform that we are not a hotel and do not provide hotel-grade services such as daily cleaning or in-room dining. We are a licensed holiday home operator based in Dubai. All our properties are managed exclusively by Mi Casa Holiday Homes and not by a hotel operator.

Housekeeping, airport transfers, laundry, cleaning and other services can be provided during your stay at an extra cost.

Loss of keys and access card are chargeable at a cost of 300 Aed per item.
