The bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, and all linens, blankets, and towels are provided for your comfort. A built-in wardrobe offers ample storage, and a safe is also available. For additional guests, a single rollaway bed is provided in the living room.
Guests have free access to building amenities, including a gym, pool, table tennis court, and one designated parking space. The Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa are just a short walk away, while Spinneys supermarket is conveniently located at the building’s entrance for all your shopping needs.
Once the registration of the guests are done with the Building Management, check in can be provided by the Host team or with the Building Staff.
Guest are provided with the customer service number that they can contact at any time throughout the day, This ensures they have convenient access to assistance for any inquiries or additional information they may require during their stay.

Wonderful location, apartment has all what is needed for a comfortable stay. The owner is very responsive and into solving issues immediately.
We had an exceptional stay at this property! It was the perfect place to check off our bucket list experience of watching the New Year’s Eve fireworks at the Burj Khalifa. We were provided with resident passes to freely walk around the area, which was incredibly valuable since the vicinity near the Burj was closed to the public after 4 PM. That alone made the stay well worth the cost. Being able to relax in the apartment and simply take the elevator down to watch the fireworks was truly unbeatable. The apartment itself was spacious, spotless, and well-maintained. The bed was very comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. Mi Casa Holiday is a trustworthy and professional host. Their communication was excellent from the very beginning, with clear and detailed instructions throughout our stay. I highly recommend booking with them—you won’t be disappointed!

Nous avons séjourné 6 nuits en famille dans ce logement. L’hôtel nous a installé un lit parapluie pour bébé ce qui était très appréciable. Nous ne regrettons pas notre choix, nous avons passé un super séjour. L’appartement est parfaitement situé, avec une vue sur le Burj Kalifa, au coeur de l’hypercentre (seul petit bémol, le métro n’est pas à côté). Le supermarché juste au coin de l’immeuble a été très pratique et la piscine de l’appartement est top ! Le service de ménage est passé au cours du séjour ce qui était très appréciable également ! Merci pour ce séjour, c’était top !
