The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, oven, microwave, kettle, and all essential cookware, perfect for preparing meals at home. A washing machine (washer only) and ironing facilities are also provided for added convenience.

The modern bathroom features a bathtub, fresh towels, and complimentary toiletries, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay.

The private balcony with outdoor seating is perfect for enjoying morning coffee or unwinding in the evening while taking in the Downtown skyline views.

Guest access

Guests have full, private access to the entire apartment during their stay.

You’ll be able to use all the amenities included with the unit, such as the private balcony, kitchen, bathroom, and living area.

In addition, guests have access to the building’s shared facilities including the gym, swimming pool, and parking.

Access to the apartment is via a smart lock with a unique code shared before arrival—no physical key handover is needed.
