The place is very beautiful, you really feel like you are at home. I highly recommend it. The apartment is very clean. The host is very helpful. It is close to everything. There is a market opposite the building. There are many beautiful shops. The area is very quiet and beautiful. I will always choose it
We had a very pleasant stay as a family of four with our infant. The location is excellent, with Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa within walking distance, and even a direct view of the Burj Khalifa from the pool. The apartment was clean and comfortable with a balcony overlooking Downtown, and the well-equipped kitchen made it easy to cook for our baby. Keyless entry/exit via app was very convenient, the kids’ playroom was a bonus, and the staff were helpful with minimal terms and conditions. Overall, a smooth and enjoyable stay we’d gladly recommend.
It was in an amazing location and it was extremely clean. The host communicated very well and I would definitely stay here again!
Gracias por la flexibilidad del check-in y por el departamento: ordenado, limpio, acogedor y personal muy amable. Ocupamos la piscina y fue muy refrescante. A 10 minutos caminando de una parada de autobús y a 25 caminando a la estación de metro Burj Khalifa. Totalmente recomendable.

Расположение очень удобное, в самом центре, 3-5 минут ходьбы до здания Оперы и Бурдж-Халифа вход в здание по карточкам, на против выхода из здания круглосуточный магазин, вобщем очень уютная и чистая квартира хорошее расположение, добрый и отзывчивый хозяин.
