Overall great stay! However the access card for the parking entrance & exit is a bit of a hassle but that is not in the hands of the host.

The apartment was very nice and extremely clean. It’s located in a great area, with a supermarket just a few steps away. The apartment is on the 20th floor of the building and has a beautiful view of the canal and the lake, along with a very large balcony. It was exactly as shown in the photos, and the apartment had everything you might need — from full kitchen appliances to an iron and a vacuum cleaner. It truly felt like being at home. The host was very polite and contacted me quickly after the booking to explain the check-in process. Whenever I had a question or an issue and sent a message, they responded immediately. The only downside I can mention was the behavior of the building staff and security, which was not very pleasant. However, this had nothing to do with the host.
