Step out onto the terrace balcony from the living room to enjoy serene water-canal views and the stunning city skyline. With outdoor seating, it’s the perfect spot to enjoy both sunrise and sunset with your loved ones.
The en-suite bedroom includes a comfortable queen-size bed, complemented by premium linens, towels, and blankets for a restful stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential appliances, cutlery, crockery, pots, and pans—ideal for preparing and enjoying home-cooked meals.
Stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi, suitable for remote work or entertainment. Guests also enjoy complimentary access to premium building amenities including a gym, swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam room, and sauna. One designated parking space is provided for added convenience.

Guest access

Guests have full, private access to the entire apartment during their stay.

You’ll be able to use all the amenities included with the unit, such as the private balcony, kitchen, bathroom, and living area.

In addition, guests have access to the building’s shared facilities including the gym, swimming pool, and parking.

Access to the apartment is via a smart lock with a unique code shared before arrival—no physical key handover is needed.
