Guest access

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire studio apartment, including the private balcony. Free access to building amenities such as the swimming pool, gym, and shared facilities is included. One designated parking space is available subject to building regulations. Check-in is assisted, and arrival details are required in advance to arrange a smooth handover. Complete access instructions will be shared prior to arrival.

The company shall not be held liable for any inconvenience, loss, or damage arising from such access due to delayed checkout.
