The space

The apartment has a bright open-plan living area with a bouclé sofa and armchair, a large smart TV with streaming apps and a Marshall speaker. Corner windows bring in plenty of natural light, and a dining table for four sits beside the kitchen.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a Hitachi fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher and coffee machine, plus all the cookware you need.

The master bedroom has a queen bed and a wall-to-wall wardrobe, and looks out over leafy greenery. The guest bedroom has a single bed and a rollaway bed, along with a work desk by a corner window facing the Boulevard.

Both bathrooms have walk-in rain showers and backlit mirrors, with fresh towels and toiletries provided. The private balcony has seating for two and overlooks the tree-lined Boulevard.

Extras include a washing machine, high-speed Wi-Fi, central A/C and smart-lock entry. Maximum 4 guests.

Guest access

Guests have full, private access to the entire apartment during their stay.

You’ll be able to use all the amenities included with the unit, such as the private balcony, kitchen, bathroom, and living area.

In addition, guests have access to the building’s shared facilities including the gym, swimming pool, and parking.

Access to the apartment is via a smart lock with a unique code shared before arrival—no physical key handover is needed.
